Dinosaur Jr - Muck

From Green Mind, a wonderful record I’ve always thought as the transition between Dino 1.0 and Dino 2.0, the record has a wonderful texture to it.

I dont listen to much Dinosaur Jr 2.0, preferring to stay with You’re Living All Over Me and Bug, the two records that preceded Green Mind.  They are iconic, in the hard-to-pin-down-a-reference-point feeling that all great bands have.  But when I want to chill and listen to the transition phase of J Mascis, this is where I turn.
